Midlife Realignment Program
Small shifts. Deep change. True clarity.

A private, 6-month 1:1 coaching experience for women in midlife who feel misaligned with the roles, expectations, or ways of living that once made sense—and are ready to come back into integrity with themselves.

If you're here, something may no longer fit.

  • You’re functioning well, but something feels off

  • The roles that once organized your life feel constraining or hollow

  • You’re tired of overthinking, over‑functioning, or performing

  • You want clarity—but don't know where to begin.

This isn't a crisis: It's a realignment moment.

Midlife has a way of getting your attention.

Often it’s not dramatic—no single event, no clear crisis—but a growing sense that the way you’ve been living no longer feels fully true.

Bodies change, roles shift, relationships evolve, and the expectations that once guided you start to feel heavier or less relevant.

This stage of life naturally invites a pause and a re‑orientation.

It’s a moment where old patterns loosen and deeper questions surface, not because something is wrong, but because something more honest is asking for space. This work meets you right there, at that quiet but meaningful turning point.

Let's get you reconnected to what matters most.

How the Midlife Realignment Program works:

Forest

1

Private 1:1 Coaching Sessions

Midlife re‑alignment is deeply personal. Private coaching allows us to move at your pace, attend to your specific life context, and support changes that are meaningful and sustainable—not performative.

2

Reflection Between Sessions

Insight often arrives in the spaces between conversations. Thoughtfully designed reflection exercises support integration by helping you make meaning of what’s unfolding, gently connecting insight to lived experience.

3

Integration Practices

Between sessions, we’ll identify small, intentional relational experiments—simple ways of showing up differently in conversations, boundaries, or choices. Start noticing what happens when you respond from greater clarity and self‑trust.

About me

My name is Meredith Brisson

My work is rooted in a deep respect for the inner lives of people navigating change. With a background in clinical social work and over a decade of coaching experience, I support individuals in learning how to meet pressure, transition, and uncertainty with greater clarity and self‑trust. Whether I’m working with equestrian athletes or women in midlife, the heart of the work is the same: helping people gently loosen old scripts, reconnect with what matters most, and live in a way that feels more honest and aligned.
