Dear Dressage Competitors,

Are you gearing up to get in the show ring -- maybe for the first time this year, maybe for the first time in a few years, or maybe for the first time ever?

If so, you may very well be filled with a little bit of excitement, a healthy dose of the “what ifs” and maybe a smattering of nerves.

I’d also be willing to bet that you’ve been putting the time and effort into your training.  You’ve spent the winter solidifying the basics, honing-in on your position, and developing the balance and connection you need to get down centerline and through the movements.  Good work!

Now you deserve to reap the rewards of your efforts by letting your work at home translate into feelings of success and pride in the competition arena.

I’m going to let you in on a little secret – MOST of the people I work with tell me that they are frustrated that they don’t ride to their full potential when at a show. They say that they struggle to ride at their baseline, let alone their best at competition. Cue the frustration, the anxiety and the self-sabotage.

The good news: there’s a better way.

You see, your knowledge and training doesn’t change between the trailer and the show ring.

What DOES change is your mindset and your focus.  You have what it takes to thrive in competition – you just need the key to unlock and unblock your success.

Are you ready to build in the missing component of your training plan? Imagine what it will feel like to approach your competition with a mental game plan and do-able action steps for getting and staying in the zone because…

Drum roll please….

Throughout the year, I offer a 5-week group program to take dressage riders up a level in their game and prepare for competition from the inside out.

"Competition Success Academy" is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for dressage riders of all levels.

In this program, designed specifically with the dressage competitor in mind, you can look forward to the following areas of progress:

  • Know how to set yourself up for success like a pro by identifying where you’re at now, what needs your focus, and how to pick where you’re headed rather than trying a bunch of things and hoping something works. Pros don’t rely on hope!

  • Gain the skills to build your capacity for recall, tapping into your best-self when under pressure, and preparing for (but not getting hooked by) potential stumbling blocks.

  • Discover the key to maintaining a mental “reserve account” so that you don’t “win the warm-up” and then run out of gas in the ring (we’ve ALL had that happen, haven’t we?)

  • Build your resilience in order to navigate the inevitable ups and downs of a show season so that your energy goes towards excelling in competition not an emotional roller coaster.

  • Get access to the one of the most important resources that successful women bank on - a supportive and motivating community built on mutual trust, understanding and camaraderie.  A cheering squad isn’t nice, it’s essential.

Let's get you started on the path to SUCCESS grounded in a solid plan driven by your goals and your values.

Onward and Upward!

Meredith
